How a module gets made
1. Script and structure
We start with your subject-matter experts and the behaviour the training is meant to change, then write the script and shape the lessons before anything gets filmed or animated.
2. Build the module
Filmed or animated content, interactive scenarios and branching, and assessment where it actually tests something — produced in-house by the same people who wrote it.
3. Package for your platform
The finished module is packaged to drop into the learning platform you already run. And because it was made here, when the policy changes it can be updated rather than rebuilt.

Will it work with the LMS we already have?
They are built to. Modules are packaged in standard formats such as SCORM so they can drop straight into the platform you already run, rather than asking you to buy a new one.
We only have policy documents and PowerPoints. Is that enough to start?
That is the usual starting point. We work with your subject-matter experts to turn source material into scripted, structured lessons — instructional design is part of the job, not an add-on.
What happens when the content goes out of date?
That is what staying on after launch is for. Because the module was made in our studio rather than licensed, a change in policy usually means an edit rather than a rebuild — and there is someone here to ask.
