A room full of people and a live stream are the two least forgiving audiences there are. Both notice when something goes wrong, and neither of them waits.
We produce in-person, hybrid and fully online events end to end: staging, cameras, sound, vision mixing, streaming, and the rehearsal that makes the day itself pleasantly uneventful. Away from the live day, the same crew makes films — brand and corporate video, interviews and case-study films, event highlights, animation and motion graphics.
One crew covers the shoot, the edit, the graphics and the stream. The person who filmed it is the person who cuts it, so nothing is lost explaining the brief a second time.

How we work
From brief to broadcast
1. Plan
We work out the room and the running order before anyone touches a camera: staging, sound, camera positions, graphics and the stream itself. For films it is the same discipline — script, locations and interviewees agreed up front.
2. Rehearse
The run-through is where problems get found, while they are still cheap to fix. It is the reason the live day itself tends to be pleasantly uneventful.
3. Deliver, then cut
On the day one team runs cameras, sound, vision mixing and the stream. Afterwards the same people cut the highlights, the films and the social clips — nothing is lost in handover, because there isn't one.

The person behind the camera is the person at the edit desk, so footage is shot with the cut already in mind. Nothing gets lost re-explaining the brief.

Common questions
Do you handle the whole event, or just the cameras?
The whole event: staging, sound, cameras, vision mixing, streaming and the rehearsal beforehand. One team runs the room and the stream together, so there is no gap between suppliers for anything to fall into.
Can you stream to several platforms at once?
Yes. For Chartered Accountants Worldwide we have streamed live events simultaneously to their website, LinkedIn and YouTube, so the audience watches wherever it already is.
Do you work outside Dublin?
Yes. The studio is in Dublin, but the crew travels — for Chartered Accountants Ireland we have delivered audio and video support for town hall events in Dublin, Cork, Limerick and Belfast, alongside hybrid AGMs and regional conferences.
