Thursday and Friday last week we were down in Kelly’s Resort Hotel, Rosslare for a hybrid event.

We were using the Sony PTZ cameras in the centre of the room which were controlled remotely from a different area. We had wireless speak to activate mics for each member attending the event so that those online could hear the discussion, and slides were presented on screen and broadcast to those elsewhere.

There was an additional breakout session where we had a manned camera sending the visuals back to those online via the Hollyland Technology mars 4K wireless transmitters going through the ISO to ensure we could also record for use at a later date.

During the break out session we also had use of hand held mics and a headset for presenter and audience discussion, again allowing them to be heard not only in the room but also online.
