Another online event that is coming around quick ! (Next Thursday to be exact 🤯)

In the run up to any online or hybrid event we work on, we help create promotional material and ‘on-the-day’ material which means we’re usually working about a month or 2 before it takes place to ensure enough time to create content, get sign off and for the client to promote the event.

Content is created, like the one here, alongside individual speaker assets all in multiple sizes depending on the platform. A member of the team is also working on web landing pages and micro sites for attendees to register and read about the event details.

Prior to the event we also prepare intro videos, stings, thank yous and a pre-roll pieces that have relevant material and ads that benefit from being shown to the participants. (Perhaps a piece about a future event or a campaign).

And it is only then, that we’re ready for event day. In this case we’ll be monitoring slido, directing poll questions to the speakers and overseeing communication between audience and presenter.
